Product Suite LCM

The Product Suite LCM is a modularly designed solution for information, risk and contract management. In addition to the general functions for contract archiving, contract administration and contract control, the Product Suite LCM includes the additional functions for organizational areas legal, purchase, real estate and corporate services.

The LCM architecture is modularly designed, with the applications and modules being drafted and implemented according to functional requirements.

LCM Base Module
The master data as well as the meta data model for contracts, offers, records and matter (e.g. compliance matters serve as the cory system. Expediting and workflow are also elements of the base module, as well as interfaces to the ERP system and the document (contract) creation module. The additional functionalities are based upon this base module. Additionally, the controlling and reporting module provides for the extensive and flexible definition and creation of reports.

With the technical input of our customers, LCM has developed into a knowledge database, which manages and analyzes structured and unstructured compliance-relevant data in all organizational units of a company.

This data, which is relevant both during the initiation of business (NDA, offers, RFI, RFQ...) as well as after the conclusion of an agreement (contract, notes, supplier information...), is being managed and actively controlled complimentarily to a transaction oriented systems (e.g. SAP, Navision,...). The LCM applications assure highest compliance and audit standards.
LCM offers fast amortization through the increase of efficiency for business processes, contributes to the audit capabilities of the company and adheres to compliance and corporate governance obligations.
